Engineering plastic "PET"

Excellent electrical properties! Introducing amorphous or crystalline thermoplastic polyester resins.

PET is an engineering plastic that has lower moisture absorption than nylon and does not expand as much as POM, making it suitable for applications that require strict dimensional accuracy. When used in food manufacturing applications, it exhibits different detergent resistance characteristics compared to POM and nylon. PET resin has acid resistance that nylon and POM do not possess, but it has lower resistance to alkaline detergents. 【Features】 ■ Resistance to various detergents and disinfectants ■ Chemical resistance to organic solvents, lubricants, etc. ■ Good weather resistance ■ Higher glass transition temperature than PBT resin ■ Heat resistance (short-term, long-term usage temperatures: 170°C, 110°C) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Machining of PEEK resin [TECAPEEK PVX black]

We offer precision machining of Ensinger's PEEK resin TECAPEEK PVX black, from small lots of 1 piece to mass production!

"TECAPEEK PVX black" is an extruded material of PEEK sliding grade using Victrex PEEK 450, equivalent to the performance of Victrex PEEK-FC30. It has been specifically developed for bearing and sliding applications. It is based on PEEK with 10% each of PTFE, graphite, and carbon fiber added. Compared to other PEEK grades, it exhibits the lowest friction coefficient and high wear resistance, providing relatively high dimensional stability even in high-temperature environments. 【Features】 ■ Good load deflection temperature (DTUL, HDT) ■ Good sliding and wear characteristics ■ High creep resistance ■ Hydrolysis resistance and steam resistance ■ Good wear characteristics ■ Flame retardant *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
